Tetacawhi Mountain is the symbol of San Carlos in Sonora, Mexico. It reaches 650 feet (200 m.) from sea level. The movie Catch-22 was filmed near this beach.

The town of San Carlos actually has a lot of greenery and flowers, but the beach is pretty stark, I have to admit. The Sea of Cortez kind of makes up for it.
