Winter Coral

The coral trees are in bloom here now. I find them to be so cheery with their bright red-orange blossoms.

The trees are native to Brazil, but manage to thrive in California too.

Great weekend, everyone!

  1. Thank you for teaching me the name of this tree. I see it here all over the place and always wondered what the name would be for this tree with it’s so beautiful flowers.

  2. A nice bright color to chase away the winter doldrums. πŸ™‚

How pretty. I’m excited to see some color here soon. Looks like some early spring flowers are getting ready to pop.
