We’re back at the Old Lucketts Store in Leesburg, Va. As I said in Part I, there are three floors filled with all kinds of great stuff for your house, including
furniture, lamps and mirrors.
Did I mention the jewelry? There’s that too.
And then outside, you’ll see things like these interesting bins,
salvaged doors and windows,
and an assortment of antiques.
How about a closer look at that vintage pedal car?
Is this a great name or what?
Part III on Wednesday.

They have some pretty cool stuff there. This store reminds me of the stores my mom used to take me to when I was little. I loved seeing all the “old” stuff when I was a kid.
I have to confess I thought antiques were “dumb” when I was little! Ah, youth.
Is that Miss Piggy’s car? I’d love to wander through those old windows and doors … building the lake house come Spring …
Ha, I think it would suit her. 🙂 Great news about the house, Cheryl!
I would be very tempted with the things in photo 1 and 2. I love old mirrors and jewelry.
Caroline, I was so overwhelmed and busy taking photos, I didn’t buy a thing. Next time. . . .
Lovely set of images. Everything there looks just up my alley!
I wanted to let you know that I’ve nominated your blog for The Versatile Blogger Award. You can check it out here: http://photobella.wordpress.com/2012/01/23/the-versatile-blogger-award/
Congrats and pass it on!
Oh, that’s very nice of you…thank you! I’ve received the award before, so I’ll have to pass, but thank you for thinking of me.
I could get lost in a store like that. I’d lose all sense of time. Kind of like being in a really great bookstore. I love the mirrors too!
That’s exactly what happened to me, Jackie. Luckily I have a very patient husband. 🙂
I am pretty sure I could spend hours in this place! I’m loving these photos Ms. Pearl!
Thanks, Bonnie!
Love the photo of the mirrors, furniture and lamps!
Glad to hear it. Took some time getting a shot without lots of people.
Love your blog – I will be back! Kath xx
So good to see you here, Kath!
