Oh, I love old churches. The colors are so rich and vibrant. Not like modern churches where everything is stark and white and antiseptic.

How very beautiful. Hope this is not a silly question but is this painted on wood? The colors seem too intense for stone.
Not a silly question. I’m not sure, but they look like wood panels set into the limestone.
