Welp, it was 92F. here yesterday and will probably get close to that again today, so the weather is feeling summery again. September seems to be our hottest month.
I’m so pleased that the pelican flew over right as I snapped this. I guess he’s on guard duty too.

California doesn’t have great skies right now because of the fires, but overall the skies are so blue here.
Pelicans are an amazing flock.
They really are. I love watching them.
