I love the chocolate and green tones of this coleus. This was growing in our garden back East and I photographed it when it first appeared. That spring green is like nothing else, yes?

I also love the bright green of the spring leaves. The color really pops.
We don’t really get “spring green” around here, so I miss that.

I never really thought about it until I started looking through photos from back East. We are lucky to have springtime weather most of the year, so that makes up for the color loss. 🙂
