The parish church Saint Sebastian is located in Ramsau, Germany, and was built in 1512. It’s probably one of the most photographed churches in Germany. I lived and worked only 28 miles (45 km.) from here, so got to see it often. I now wish I’d photographed it more. Those are the Alps in the background.
Great weekend, everyone!

Impressive scenery, The church looks familiar but I’ve never been there. I don’t even know where Ramsau is.
Caroline, it’s in Southern Bavaria near Berchtesgaden and Salzburg.
I see where. That’s a nice region.
It is. I lived there for two years and loved it.
Can’t get more picturesque than this, can you? Is that a little footbridge in the foreground?
It really is a lovely setting, Jackie. The whole area is gorgeous. And yes, that’s a footbridge.
