Always did appreciate pastels! This is quite a beautiful photograph; guess you won’t be seeing much of this at the beach. Enjoy yourself . . . a well-deserved time off, I say.

After watching every day for weeks, I missed the blooming of my peonies. I stayed on at the cottage a week longer than planned. Guess I can’t complain. I did get photos of my cottage neighbour’s peonies and will be posting them on JPGMag at some point soon. Enjoy the beach!

Good Morning, Carole! Hope you had a great weekend at the beach! Couldn’t resist posting this peony shot: http://jpgmag.com/photos/3059485 on JPGMag … not the usual … but something about it intrigued me. I was at this peony patch at my neighbours cottage, early evening trying desparately to get a shot of these industrious ants. Until they stopped to embrace, they were just minute blurrs! Covered in mosquito bites, but worth it for this giggle.
