It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten here, but they used to have great chicken quesadillas.

The landscaping around the shops and restaurants provides a nice counterpoint to all the vivid colors.

old_town_palms

I thought this little table under the palms looked especially inviting.

You almost need sunglasses for this place.

Wish I had a place for this planter.

An oasis on hot days.

How cool is this vintage carriage? I love how it blends with the landscaping.

old_town_dancers

The day we were there, some adorable kids were onstage dancing.

This place is really making the most of its space, hmmm?

Great weekend, everyone!

I’d love to stroll around there. That plant pot is so great. I’d take that too. Looks a bit like a gargoyle. All those many colorful deatails. Like that painting of Maria.

  3. Lady Jennie says:

I would love to have coffee (and flan) under that green palm canopy!

  4. Looks like the statue of Fred’s has a secret. What’s in that jug, Fred?
    🙂

Love, love, love the colors. And man do I miss a good quesadilla.
