Wisteria chinensis

Somehow we have Chinese wisteria growing through the azaleas. My husband doesn’t know how it got there–probably planted by the previous owners. I think it’s beautiful, and the smell–divine!

Alas, a professional gardener told us it will take over the yard if we don’t contain it, so we’ll probably have to get rid of all but one vine. It was nice while it lasted. :/ Now if we could only get rid of the blasted bamboo! It keeps cropping up all over the place. And it gets three ft. tall in a day, I swear.

  1. Wisteria IS ravishing – but a terror in not large gardens 😦 LLGxx

Thanks so much for visiting my blog! I agree–we just don't have the space. They are made for huge estates.
